The much-anticipated 6th annual A Brew With A View event took place at Steele Hill Resort under the large event tent and adjacent resort grounds on July 10, 2021. After postponing the event for a full year due to the guidelines and safety precautions concerning COVID-19, we were all ready for an exciting brewfest full of great beer, music, conversations and sunshine. This year’s festival did not disappoint! VIP guests began lining up as early as 3:30pm for the 4:00 opening, eager to try the variety of delicious offerings from the 30+ onsite vendors including craft ales, stouts, ciders, hard seltzers, spirits and wines.

Setting the perfect tone for the occasion, Matt the Sax gave an amazing musical performance throughout the event wowing the crowd with his saxophone, guitar and vocals. Guests, vendors and staff enjoyed dancing and singing along to his catchy selection of covers. There were tabled hors d’oeuvres and a BBQ menu offering for guests who’s hunger picked up after a few tasting and many guests took advantage of the spacious venue while playing lawn games like cornhole and ladder ball, taking photos with the beautiful backdrop or just laying back and enjoying the views, brews and atmosphere.

It was a very close call in our annual people’s choice brewery awards this year, but there can only be three winners:

First Place: Fiddlehead Brewing Company

Second Place: Zero Gravity Brewery

Third Place: Kettlehead Brewing Company

We want to thank all of the vendors, staff and guests who helped make our 2021 Brew With A View event the most successful one yet! We are already looking forward to next year’s brewfest, taking place on Saturday, July 9, 2022. Reserve your room now as we are expecting another sellout event!

New Hampshire’s Governor has recently announced that, beginning on May 7th, all state guidelines will transition from Universal Guidelines to Universal Best Practices allowing us to slightly alter our plans for our 6th annual Brew with a View beerfest event. We will continue to prioritize the health and safety of our guests, owners and team members as we host a safe and exciting event this summer. Please continue reading to learn about our developed plan for this year’s brewfest event:

• Occupancy will remain limited to provide enough space to comfortably host 200 guests
• The venue will remain expanded to provide extra space for more social distancing
• Facial coverings will not be required, however recommended while not in the act of tasting
• We will be recording all guest’s contact information prior to checking into the event
• All employees and brewery vendors will be required to stay home if they are not feeling well and we will also be taking and recording employee temperatures prior to the start of the event. We ask that attendees also stay home if they are not feeling well or have any symptoms of COVID-19.
• There will be multiple alcohol-based hand sanitizer stations throughout the event which we encourage guests to use frequently

We are looking forward to seeing you at our 6th annual event! We are booking up quickly and only have a few rooms available for our brewfest weekend, so be sure to reserve your accommodations now!

A New Look For Our 2021 Brew With A View Event

After making the difficult decision to postpone our 6th annual A Brew with a View Event last year due to the unprecedented challenges that we faced during the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, we have carefully thought out a practical and responsible way to host the popular brewfest this year. Our Brew with a View will be held on Saturday, July 10th 2021 outdoors at the picturesque Steele Hill Resort.

Our priority at Steele Hill Resorts is to ensure the safety and health of our employees, guests and owners. Please read on below for special health and safety protocols we will put in place for this year’s event to adhere to federal and state guidelines and responsibly host a successful (and fun) brewfest.

  • Occupancy will be limited to comply with state guidelines which will provide guests a more comforting setting
  • We have expanded the event venue to provide plenty of room for social distancing. There will also be signage stating social distancing rules and max occupancy that must be adhered to
  • We will be recording all guest’s contact information upon checking into the event
  • Each party will be seated at designated tables
  • Facial coverings will be required when not sitting at your table
  • All employees and brewery vendors will be required to stay home if they are not feeling well and we will also be taking and recording employee temperatures prior to the start of the event. We ask that attendees also stay home if they are not feeling well or have any symptoms of COVID-19.
  • There will be multiple alcohol-based hand sanitizer stations throughout the event which we encourage guests to use frequently

We are excited to bring back some normalcy after a very challenging year. The event will be held outside, under our expansive event tent with unparalleled views of nearby Lake Winnisquam and the Belknap Mountain Range. There is no better way to enjoy the incredible view than with an equally delightful brew. Keep an eye our for more details coming soon!
